HVAC Technician
Overview
We are looking for a skilled HVAC Technician with at least 2 years of hands-on experience in air conditioning systems. The ideal candidate will also have some experience in restoration, drywall, or handymark work, and be ready to join a fast-growing, reliable team focused on high-quality service and professionalism.
This position requires someone dependable, physically capable, and motivated to deliver excellent results in residential and commercial environments.

What You’ll Do
- Dock cleaning, maintenance, clog cleaning and diagnosing air conditioning and HVAC systems.
- Diagnose technical issues and perform efficient troubleshooting.
- Support restoration projects and assist with drywall or remodeling tasks when needed.
- Ensure safety, cleanliness, and proper use of tools and equipment.
- Communicate clearly with customers and team members.
- Maintain accurate records of completed work and materials used.
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 2 years of proven experience with HVAC or air conditioning systems.
- Preferred: 1 year of experience in restoration, drywall, or remodeling.
- Must pass a background check.
- Ability to lift up to 75 lbs regularly.
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- Reliable transportation required.
- Good English communication skills (Spanish is a plus).
What You’ll Need
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
- High school diploma or GED.
- Physical capability to lift at least 65 pounds regularly (and occasionally up to 100 pounds with assistance).
- Ability to work in varied environments, including climbing ladders, working in tight spaces, and standing/walking for prolonged periods.
- Comfort working with/around cleaning products and chemicals.
